This year at Lady Luck, there will be three "Gyms" going at the same time, in a convention hall at the beautiful Paris Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. All sessions will be run in Modified Capital Cup format.

Team Assignments: Download the Team Assignments PDF. Locate your Team by the designated "Short_Name". Your Gym Assignment will be designated by a code. For example, J1 stands for Jack Gym, Session 1. The 3 in the top column above designates the Level of the Team competing. 

Session Times: Then download the specific "Gym" Sessions Info for your Team's listed Stretch, Warm-up and Competition time.
